I did it! You can too!
Let me introduce myself....

Hi, my name is Linda Terjesen. I used my initials to create my company name, LTLTE, Learn to Love to Exercise. When I was younger I didn't like to exercise, but one day I learned to love to exercise. I'm so excited about what I learned, that I want to share it with you!

Culture wants women our age to believe our best years are behind us, but it's a lie. Our best years are ahead of us! We just have to make them our reality.

LTLTE was founded based on my passion for nutrition, health & fitness. I struggled with my own weight in the past, and at age 55 I weigh almost 20 pounds less than I did at age 32.

Company Mission

To provide education about the importance of proper nutrition and consistent exercise in order to live a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

Company Vision

To make the world a healthier place.

My Why

On May 27, 2006 I lost my only brother, Frank, at 45 years old to a sudden heart attack, and I dedicate LTLTE to him and the joy he brought me. I'll always wonder if my brother would still be here today if he had eaten healthier and exercised regularly. I can't change the past, but Frank's memory inspires me every day.

My Background

I'm originally from Norway and I'm in better shape today at 55 years old than I was when I was 32. When I was 32 years old I weighed around 128 pounds. I had no idea how to lift weights, and I was working out double the time of what I do now. I thought I ate healthy, but I was wrong. At 55 years old I now know how to exercise effectively and I no longer struggle with my diet. At 5'4" I weigh 111 pounds. I feel amazing, fit into sexy clothes, have visible muscles, and tons of natural energy.

I've suffered from sciatica several times, neck pain, knee and feet issues, and I'm postmenopausal. None of these issues bother me any longer.

In 1989 was the first time I ever joined a gym at 22 years old. In 2008 I started practicing yoga. When I was in my early thirties I was about 17 pounds heavier than I am now. My clothes didn't fit well, many of my jeans were too small, I didn't have much energy, and I certainly didn't feel good about myself.

How

I thought I knew how to lose weight, but it took me years to figure it out, and during that time I was extremely unsatisfied with the way my body looked.

Like many things in life, living a healthy life is a process and it requires consistent effort and energy, but it's very worth it. The only one who can stop you from getting healthier is you!

If you're struggling to lose weight and want some help, stop delaying, and make a decision to take care of yourself.
